Al-Balagh Media Center Releases Promotional Video
On February 9, 2010, a promotional video was released by the newly-established Al-Balagh Media Center. The founding of the Center was announced on November 10, 2009. The initiative appeared to be linked to the Al-Falluja jihadist forum with the aim of establishing a safe website as a clearing-house for jihadist communiqués and audio-visual materials in response to September 2009 service disruptions to the major Jihadi websites.
