New Abu Yahya Al-Libi Video: "Swat – Victory or Martyrdom" In a video posted on jihadist websites on July 25, 2009, senior Al-Qaeda commander Abu Yahya Al-Libi urges Pakistanis to take up arms against the Pakistani army and government. The video was produced by Al-Qaeda's media division Al-Sahab, and bears the Muslim date Jumada II 1430, corresponding approximately to June 2009.
